Bach Remedies, Demystified
Straightforward FAQs on use, timing, and pairing with counselling or medication.

They are liquid drops that you mix with water and take several times a day. They are not perfumes or oils — they are meant to be taken orally, not smelled or applied to the skin.

Anyone who wants emotional steadiness can benefit — especially women navigating menopause, mothers managing stress, and children coping with fear or confidence issues.
Counselling focuses on thoughts and stories. Bach Remedies focus on mood — the emotional tone underneath those stories. They don’t replace counselling but can complement it beautifully by helping you feel calmer and clearer.
Because they are simple, safe, and effective. They don’t require lifestyle changes, they can be used with other treatments, and they focus on emotions — which are at the root of how we experience life.
They are part of a long-established system developed in England and still taught at The Bach Centre, UK, where Julie trained. They are widely used around the world as a complementary emotional-wellbeing support.
