No. Clinical hypnotherapy is not stage hypnosis. It’s a gentle, guided process that helps your mind relax and focus. You stay aware and in control at all times. It simply helps access deeper emotional patterns more safely and effectively.
Each session is 50 minutes long.
We begin with conversation and understanding what feels heavy or difficult. Then, depending on your comfort, we may include guided awareness, hypnotherapy, or breathwork to help you process and reset. The session ends with grounding so you feel settled before leaving.
Yes. Online therapy works just as effectively as in-person sessions when the space is private and consistent. Many clients find it even more comfortable because they can speak freely from their own environment.

It’s entirely safe when practiced by a trained professional. You remain aware and cannot be made to do or say anything against your will. It’s simply a focused, relaxed state that allows deeper work to happen gently.
That depends on your goals. Some clients notice improvement within a few sessions, while others choose to continue longer for deeper work. We decide this together based on your comfort and progress.
Each session costs ₹1500 for 50 minutes. Payment can be made online through a Razorpay link shared at the time of booking.
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any charge. If something urgent comes up, please reach out and we’ll find another suitable time.
Yes. This work can safely complement medical treatment or other forms of therapy. It doesn’t replace medical advice but can enhance emotional stability and wellbeing.
That’s completely okay. Emotions are a natural part of healing. You’ll have space to process and settle before we close the session — and I’ll ensure you feel supported throughout.
Yes. Many clients who have already experienced talk therapy find this integrated method helps them go deeper — addressing what words alone couldn’t always reach.
That’s completely fine. We start where you are. The first few sessions are simply about understanding your goals and helping you get comfortable with the process.
You’ll start noticing small changes — feeling calmer, more aware of yourself, and less affected by things that used to overwhelm you. The progress is often subtle but steady.
Yes. You can write a short message if you need to reschedule or clarify something simple. Emotional processing, however, is best supported within your sessions so the work stays focused and safe.
It varies. Some clients come for a few months; others continue for longer periods as part of their self-care. You can pause or continue based on your needs and comfort.
Counselling focuses on emotional patterns and healing. Coaching focuses on direction and goals. This work draws from both — helping you heal what’s heavy while building a healthier direction forward.
